The facade is designed with a contemporary modern minimalist expression, defined by clean geometries, solid volumes, and a restrained material palette. The composition emphasizes horizontal and vertical massing, creating a balanced yet bold street presence.

A prominent vertical elongated volume on the front elevation functions as a secondary skin, providing visual depth, solar control, and privacy while strengthening the architectural identity. Large openings are carefully framed to maintain a solid–void contrast, allowing natural light while preserving a sense of enclosure.

Neutral tones, textured finishes, and subtle shadow play enhance the facade’s calm and refined character, resulting in a modern residential frontage that is both functional and timeless.
