This house was originally an old, traditional-style home that we renovated into a minimalist and modern design. The facade features clean white surfaces with dark accents, creating a striking look. The geometric shape, especially the cantilevered upper floor, highlights the modern style.

The flat roof and overhang provide shade, and large windows let in plenty of natural light. Wooden elements around the entrance and balcony add warmth to the design, balancing the white and grey tones.

The front yard includes a sleek metal gate for security, and the carport fits seamlessly into the overall design. This renovation focuses on functionality and modern aesthetics while preserving the essence of the original home.
