TR House

This project adopts a modern minimalist architectural language, expressed through simple massing, clean lines, and a clear hierarchy of volumes. The building is composed of stacked rectangular forms, creating a strong yet balanced vertical profile.

The upper floor is articulated as a solid floating volume, providing shading to the ground level while enhancing spatial depth along the facade. Transparent balcony railings soften the mass and allow visual continuity with the surrounding greenery. Vertical planes and recessed openings emphasize privacy while maintaining controlled natural light.

A restrained neutral palette, combined with subtle textures and integrated landscaping, reinforces the calm and refined character of the house. The overall facade presents a contemporary residence that prioritizes clarity of form, functionality, and understated elegance.
