Paulus House Renovation

This house is the next stage of development and we were entrusted to renovate this house, and we updated it with some of our latest design ideas. The facade is highlighted by the dominant use of natural stone, giving a sense of earthiness and solidity, complemented by warm wood accents that add texture and soften the overall look. The sharp and clean lines of the facade give it a very modern look, combining natural materials with contemporary design principles.

With a focus on creating a sense of comfort, elegance and timelessness, we have introduced new elements that enhance the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the house. Inside the outdoor space, the open roof design with wooden slats allows natural light to enter while maintaining a sense of privacy and shade. The pool area is designed for comfort and relaxation, with built-in seating and a small waterfall that adds a calming and dynamic element to the space. Careful landscaping, including vertical greenery and small plants, creates a harmonious balance between nature and modern architecture, ensuring the house feels fresh, contemporary and timeless.
