RS House

This residential project adopts a Layered Tropical Contemporary design approach, combining modern architectural clarity with climate-responsive tropical principles. The building mass is articulated in layers to create façade depth, enhance privacy, and respond to the surrounding environment through a balanced composition of solid and void.

Tropical strategies are expressed through secondary skins, vertical screens, and deep overhangs that control sunlight and support natural ventilation. A restrained material palette and integrated tropical landscaping reinforce the contemporary character while creating a comfortable, context-driven living environment.
